Professional gunsmithing for the Clarksville and Fort Campbell community. Minor repairs, sight work, and routine maintenance happen at our retail counter. Specialized machining — slide milling for optic cuts, barrel threading, and ATF-compliant NFA engraving — runs through our dedicated off-site machine shop just minutes away.
Same staff, same accountability throughout. Cerakote in our shop too, in single-color and full-coverage configurations.
As an authorized BowTech dealer with certified technicians on staff, we handle bow setup and repairs across all major brands — not just BowTech. Whether you're a beginner setting up your first bow or a seasoned archer, we'll make sure your equipment is dialed in and ready to shoot.
Suppressors are now a Form 4473 purchase. As of October 9, 2026, ATF no longer enforces the NFA registration and approval requirements for suppressors, and told dealers to process them like any other firearm. We handle a suppressor exactly the way we handle a handgun: one Form 4473, a background check, and if it clears you take it home that day. No Form 4. No tax stamp. No months-long wait. You must be 21 or older, the same as any handgun purchase from a dealer.
Short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns and destructive devices are different. Machine guns and destructive devices are completely unchanged — full NFA process, $200 tax, registration. SBRs and SBSs are named in the same ATF guidance, but the dealer transfer mechanism is not settled yet, so we are still handling those the old way. Call us and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Registration is now voluntary, and we can still submit a Form 4 for you if you would rather have your suppressor on the registry. The federal tax is zero either way. If you bought the suppressor from us, we file it at no charge; if you are transferring one in from another dealer and want it registered, that is $125 all in — the transfer, the 4473, fingerprinting, photos and the submission. There are reasons you might want it, particularly if you travel out of state. Ask us and we will walk you through the trade-off honestly.
State and local law still applies and this guidance does not override it. Tennessee allows suppressors; many states do not.
Trying to work out what actually fits your rifle? Our Suppressor Finder covers factory thread pitch by make and model, mount systems and caliber ratings — check it before you buy, and bring the gun in either way so we can gauge it, free.
Bought a firearm online or from a private party? We handle the FFL transfer quickly and efficiently. We've completed thousands of transfers and know the process inside and out. Just provide our FFL information to your seller and we take care of the rest.
Suppressors transfer at our standard rate as of October 2026 — $30 plus the $10 Tennessee background check, on a Form 4473, with no Form 4 and no approval wait. Short-barreled rifles and shotguns are still on the Form 4 path and transfer at $125, which covers the paperwork. Our NFA & Suppressors page has the full process.
Our laser engraving service lets you personalize your firearms, knives, tools, and accessories with precision detail. Popular for gifts, commemorations, or adding your contact info to your carry gun.
Please note: Laser engraving on firearms must comply with federal law. Engraving cannot remove or alter the serial number. NFA items being manufactured require specific engraving per ATF regulations — we know the requirements and will ensure compliance.
We offer the Tennessee Handgun Carry Permit class for those looking to obtain their carry permit. Contact us for current class dates and pricing.
Can't pay in full right now? Layaway lets you reserve any in-stock item priced at $300 or more — new firearms, used firearms, and NFA / Class III items all qualify. We hold it while you pay it off. No interest, no credit check, no application.
How it works: Layaways are started online from your account — sign in, pick your item, and put 20% down plus a one-time $30 layaway fee. You never have to come in to start one. Tennessee sales tax (9.5%) applies to the item and the fee, and a 3% surcharge applies to card payments. After that, make payments any time, online or in store — there's no set schedule, just the 90-day deadline. The Form 4473 and background check are completed where you take possession. NFA / Class III items are Tennessee residents only, in-store pickup only.
Cancellation: The 20% deposit and the $30 fee are non-refundable. Anything you pay beyond them is refunded to you if the layaway is cancelled or expires.
